True SHOWSTOPPERS, these incredibly designed Oaxaca earrings have been taken to a whole new level of excitement & WOW factor!! Made with a "Santa Fe meets Oaxaca" edginess, these lengthy & VERY showy artisan made earrings are designed with premium cuts of Spiny Oyster shell that seem to compliment all the wonderful sterling work!
Artisan made in a 3-tier design-post style earring, where the concave tops have a dual finished "Heart within a Heart" design.The smooth outer rim is mirror finished, while the inner heart was given texture from applying a 'diamond cut" technique & which gives the inner heart a more metallic look. On the 2nd tier are the hand tooled "Palomas Enamoradas" that show all their feather detailing throughout. Anchored from the Doves is a large size dual finished crescent shape drop, where the large pear cut of Spiny Oyster dangles freely in the opened center & it's this 3rd tier that has decorative filigree wire work that follows the shape & is what acts to secure the 5 mm Spiny Oyster dangles.
These are an earring that can be dressed up or down & would be noticed regardless of your hair length! Traditionally, since these have "love" written all over them, they would be worn on the bride,but are definitely not limited to!
