THE EARRINGS:

These delicious statement size earrings are made in a traditional concho style & are designed with Italian red coral & are made with a repousse technique & also shows his wonderful stampwork. His repousse work in these is highly impressive since this is an artform that takes skill & know how, since repousse is done from the backside of the metal to give lift to the design on the front. Any little mistake can knock the whole design off track. And if you toss aside all the pretty cuts of Coral & the beauty he gave the sterling, it is his repousse work that really takes this earring to the next level!

THE FINISHING:

What helps to make these earrings so darn appealing, is how Leander just instinctively knows how much & where to leave the darkened oxidation in order for the total earring to "pop",while at the same time bringing out the beauty of the design.

These are made is a lighter gauge sterling,so for their size they're not too bad on the weight(See weights below) These would be perfect to pair with any of your other traditionally designed- oxidized & or Coral Navajo jewelry!
