Vibrant-Cheerful! Federico Jimenez-Chunky Size Orange Spiny Oyster Shell Cluster - Sterling Cross Pendant-5-1/2" Tall!
This vibrantly colored pendant is designed with some top notch looking cuts of orange Spiny Oyster shell where each cut was precisely hand picked to create a very uniform and large size cross. The cross is made up of 3 cuts all together, but it’s those large square cuts that really dictate it’s 5-1/2” size!
The cross is anchored from a tapered bale that has roughly a 17 mm opening (just under 3/4") so you want to go smaller than that with the diameter of the necklace that you put it on so the pendant has room to breathe & to move on the strand. I would use no bigger than a 16 mm bead size for these reasons. In my professional opinion, this large size pendant looks better worn with a necklace that's in the 26” and longer length, since this size looks better when dropped away from the neck. . I have Navajo Pearls/Sterling bead necklaces that can be found under 'Necklaces'/ Navajo Pearls".
This is a cross that’s meant to be seen & can be worn with just about any colored wardrobe.

*****I do not consider myself a 'professional photographer" but I do try to give you photos that are 'realistic" in color, so you're not shocked, nor disappointed when you get the piece. I do however find that photographing anything with 'yellow' in it, (green & orange) very hard to photograph, since this color can come up much more vivid than other colors,,This was photographed in front of 2 different color backdrops, so please go through all photos to see any variation. Remember, every monitor is different since some can show something to be more vivid and other monitors can make it look duller.
To give you close up photos,pictures tend to make the item look much more larger & everything is more magnified than in actuality. Close up's make the item look so large & then you get it in hand & you are let down since the item is much smaller than how they looked in the photos..So to get an accurate idea of how big this is,please either check it out on the body to get a rough idea (photos 2) or you can pull out a tape measure & compare to my given measurements
