This Pin Pendant is made with 2 aquatic materials that is designed with both Biwa Pearls & Abalone.. It’s made with naturally formed Biwa pearls that come out of Lake Biwa Japan & is designed with an array of pearl sizes that have a very textured appearance, with no 2 being the same.

The round abalone cuts literally spew out an explosion of luminescent colors that sit on the exterior of the piece. These cuts have an array of colors that go from lime chartreuse's, periwinkles & yellows, which play a major role in it’s overall vibrancy & really have a lot to do with how it pops in color & especially when you’re in light! They have to be some of the most vibrant & are just absolutely beautiful!

If you zoom in on the last 2 photos ,you'll see that this can be worn as a pin OR a pendant. It has a shepherds hook connection and if you wear this as a necklace, you can take some needle nose pliers & open it up to the size you need to accommodate the diameter of the necklace..If you do use it as a necklace, remember sterling is soft, so you want to open the hook with ease, without using force! I suggest you do a little at a time, then do more if you need. If you wear it as a pin, the only thing I would not pin it on, is any delicate/thin like fabrics.(Like silk) If you asked for my professional opinion and were curious as to what length necklace to put it on, I would say that this size would look best when worn with a 20" - 24" necklace. Anything longer it could get lost.
