This Cleopatra collar was made with a "powerful and very regal" vibe and because of it's cosmopolitan elegance, this will look just as good throughout the southwest, as it will in Houston, Dallas, NYC, Scottsdale or San Francisco!
Oddly, that this is only made with 2 different shaped cuts, but the effect that these 2 cuts give throughout it's 27 panels, makes this one breathtakingly gorgeous necklace! The color of the spiny oyster shell is bright and colorful and range from a vibrant orange to a rusty orange color, with some having a orange/yellow-ish color, while a few have some of the white from this spiny shell.
The interior is made with 10 mm round cuts of the shell & on the exterior are oval cuts that graduate in size so the necklace beautifully lays along the neckline as it should. Both cuts are on the same sterling platform.(See last photo) The material is bezel set atop of a generous amount of sterling that has a contemporary mirror polished finish.
This is the perfect necklace for any high end event, including (but are not limited to) cruise vacations, gallery openings, fund raising, black tie events, weddings, any kind of entertaining (whether at home or in public) , video shoots, stage, stage performers, TV personalities, dinners, you name it!! *****I do not consider myself a 'professional photographer" but I do try to give you photos that are 'realistic" in color, so you're not shocked, nor disappointed when you get the piece. I do however find that photographing anything with 'yellow' in it, (green & orange) very hard to photograph,since this color can come up much more vivid than other colors,,so please take this into consideration & go through all photos to see any variation. Remember, every monitor is different since some can show something to be more vivid and other monitors can make it look duller.
To give you close up photos,pictures tend to make the item look much more larger & everything is more magnified than in actuality. Close up's make the item look so large & then you get it in hand & you are let down since the item is much smaller than how they looked in the photos..So to get an accurate idea of how big this is,please either check it out on the body to get a rough idea (photos 2 & 3) or you can pull out a tape measure & compare to my given measurements
