ABOUT HAPPY PIASSO:
Born in '72 in Socorro,NM & was raised in Alamo,NM.. Happy has been making jewelry approximately half of her life & learned the art from her husband "Rudy Willie", who she teams with.. Her husband Rudy is apart of the well known “Willie Family”, with his brothers being "Ronnie & Lonnie Willie" to name just a few & his nieces and nephews being Shaminika, Cooper,Dakota & Tawny Willie (Cruz) (You can see all these artists in my listings!) Happy is an artist that never strays from giving us traditional looking jewelry & is committed to this look that was passed on from their Navajo ancestors .

THE EARRINGS:
These are one of Happy's most popular cross earrings & when you look at them, you can understand why..1st of all, they're light & easy on the ears since they're made in a smaller,more wearable size, while oozing a southwestern edginess & at the same time, having a very distinct Navajo look..
Precisely stamped, these took some time to create & are what I would call pieces of 'metal art''! With each curved shape of the perimeter, you'll see how she used the right stamps as if they were made for the form of the cross!
They will pair beautifully with todays oxidized jewelry & would be the perfect call to pair with oxidized Navajo Pearl sterling beaded necklaces!! Would make a wonderful gift!
