Everything Warren makes,he makes with his Pueblo-Anasazi ancestral roots in mind.You might say that Warren is an artist who lives & breathes his culture & there's not a time where he doesn't incorporate a symbol(s) or symbolic meaning somewhere within his art that has some kind of spiritual-heavenly meaning.. I have to admit that out of all the Puebloan people I know, he's one who loves sharing his culture with you & how he proudly incorporates it in his art.You can really get a sense of the history of the Kewa people every time you talk with him..

THE EARRINGS:
Dictating the tops shape, are the red apple coral's center that Warren then built the design around. Made of a vivid colored Kingman turquoise, little tile cuts & 1/2 moon cuts give width & height to the tops design & act as the "Rainclouds" while the dangles act as the "Rain".. Warren mosaic inlaid the tops atop of black Jet for a lighter weight.

The hand cut Kingman turquoise beaded dangles lay in a "V" & are anchored by string, which was a style used by the Anasazi in the Chaco Canyon region before modern day sterling jump rings were used & which come from the time period around 900-1300 AD!!..

These would make a fabulous addition to your Puebloan/Native American turquoise collection!
