Many of us only know Federico for his head turning-eye catching statement turquoise jewelry, but little do people know that before he got involved in Turquoise & every other gemstone known to him, there was the Filigree/Love Bird jewelry that came from his birthplace of Oaxaca that to this day, will always have his name attached. In fact it was he who we can give credit to, for bringing Oaxaca jewelry to a much wider audience & is at times labeled (and for good reason!) his "Frida" line.

DESCRIPTION:
All 3 of these earrings are made the same exact way, measuring the same, etc., the only thing different from one to the next, is the gemstone.
Called "Paloma y Flor", these everyday, very wearable earrings are entirely made BY HAND.. Attached to the ear wire, is the "Paloma y Flor" design, where the little bird of love is seen smelling the fragrant flower..Inside the flower is a little bead that has the gemstone that coordinates with the earring.Every bit of the sterling work is made by hand,from the Palomas,to the flowers & finally the double sterling 'cup's' that embrace the beads at both the top & bottom in the drop!
Only 2-1/2" long, these have a weight your ears will love you for, while giving you all the beauty known to Oaxaca/Mexican jewelry!
