THE EARRINGS:

Made with the hand fabricated beauty that's found in Oaxaca jewelry, these impeccably made earrings ooze a very serene & feminine feel, while giving you all the historical decades of tradition that has been passed on from generation to generation.

Anchored from a floral top that is made up of 4 heart shapes that creatively forms a flower, is the beautifully designed tear drop shaped drop where the interior 'diamond cut' wire acts as the base where everything is built upon. This wire is what all the flourishing serrated filigree wire work builds width from & gives the traditional Oaxaca look they have. Inside the drop are the "Palomas y Flores" where the little birds seem to be dipping to smell the sweet floral fragrance in the floral-coral bead design.

They are a 'mirrored' earring where there's an actual right/left side earring & are meant to be worn where the dove faces toward the face.(As in photos)

**I want to mention that I failed taking a photo of the backside that has the hallmark, so in the last photo, you'll see the hallmark that comes on these, but they are being shown with a different pair of earrings!**

Thanks to artists like Federico, who really was one of the 1st to bring Oaxaca jewelry to the forefront in the jewelry/fashion industry & that is one reason why we are now seeing traditional Oaxaca jewelry being worn by not only Hollywood celebrities, models, but women that live throughout the country that we never would have guessed, they'd be worn.. They've become fashionable just about everywhere we look & not just when we're wearing our embroidered Mexican/Oaxacan clothing! Women are now showing their appreciation for this art by wearing them with their upscale-designer clothing & right down to denim!
