THE CORAL EARRINGS:

As powerful looking as they are in color, these sizzling hot earrings are made with some of the finest coral that come with a superior quality & their color is very uniform. Many times in a cluster earring, you'll see various depth's of color, where you can see some of the various tonalities that Coral produces, but these cuts are nice & even, so they were very well picked. I would call the stones to be a "red-red" color. (as opposed to orange/red) The cuts are clean with no inherit markings that are generally seen with coral..

Hanging from a 1" round floral cluster top (that is literally an earring in itself!) is a horizontally laid, 3 stone pattern that is then connected to the main star of the show, which is the large double rectangular drop. This drop has a picture frame exterior design that acts as a frame for the linear shape dangling interior cluster & it's in this tier of the earring, that carry's the majority of the earrings length! (2.50" !)

These are designed to be noticed & have such an elegant & very sophisticated edginess! There is nothing dainty about them & are made with the woman in mind whose known for her "Fine" tastes in jewelry & who loves to take control of any room she walks into!

They can pair well with any new or old Coral collection & because of their non-traditional/ contemporary look, these can be worn in or out of the southwest, without looking too southwestern.

Anyone person whose closely involved in this business knows how much the price of Coral has climbed to & has gotten so ridiculously expensive, which makes it unaffordable for many artists to even consider buying. In the last few years, the cost of "GOOD" Coral has skyrocketed up to 500% & compared to a few years ago when it was at about $250 a gram,it is now over $1000 a gram for the premium qualities. Coral is now been put on the "Rare" list & no longer can it be fished, nor brought in the USA. (These reasons are reflected in the price) Everyday the price goes up & the less availability, the higher the price will go! Coral will never lose it's value & has become a collectible material for these reasons mentioned.
