Sometimes all it takes to showcase some great looking stones properly, is to put them in a plain simple bezel & let them speak for themselves. Absolutely no fancy sterling work is needed here, nor stamped appliques, no sterling beaded accents nor twisted wire. A bezel & some amazing looking stones is all it takes!

These fabulous natural cuts of Morenci have all the signature character that we love from this Arizonan mine,from this mines incredible colored blues to it's pyrite markings.. But what is so unique about these particular cuts, is for the fact that the pyrite dominates & over shadows the color, while the blues sit in the background peaking through!

The cuts are what I call "Free Form" (no specific shape) & are deliberately not meant to match in size & shape, but more so being matched for their character & the mine from which they're from.. They are however, closely matched as much as possible.(Please see all photos before you purchase!-If NOT having perfectly matched stones tend to bother you, then maybe these aren’t the ones! Since the mine closed decades ago & the turquoise is so picked over, It's hard to get this type of Morenci any more, that is unless they're in vintage jewelry or from someone's private collection.
