** Because of the design & metal gauge, this cannot be adjusted, so it's of extreme importance that you know your wrist size and what gap opening you need for it to comfortably fit over the arm. It is made for a average sized wrist size, but a wrist that is not 'fleshy' & doesn't need a larger gap opening. This has a 1-1/8" gap opening, so it's meant to fit a somewhat smaller wrist & which also helps it from turning on the arm, only to find it falls off & is now on the floor!
