THE HAND CUT 5 STRAND TURQUOISE BEADED NECKLACE:

Completely cut by hand,the necklace is made with 5 strands of Colorado Manassa turquoise.. Due to Mary's popularity & the inability at times to do everything completely by herself anymore in order to get orders out, it now has become a family operation with everyone having a role from beginning to end.Mary however,will ALWAYS dictate the design & then lay out the materials that are then mosaic inlaid,while the cutting of the beads she will share with her Award winner husband Lorenzo, who is a master cutter.. (As well as a gold/silversmith!) These particular beads are cut by Lorenzo,who cut the beads into these precise 4 mm disks.He then hand drills each & every bead. The strands are held together with Mary's hand made bright blue Kingman turquoise cones that are then finalized with a sterling hook & eye that act as the closure.

Totally removable & interchangeable, the Dove is designed in Mary's whimsical style & is made with hand cut stones & shell that are cut in a very non-perfectly shaped style.The cuts are identifiable to Mary..The cool thing about Mary's art is that when she cuts her signature Conus shell,she will use the forms to help create her subject.This shell is used to create it's flourishing tail.
Designed with a XL bale opening that is fully mosaic inlaid with horizontally laid multi colored cuts of various colored materials that follows the entirety of the bale.The cuts are mosaic inlaid atop of bone that works perfect for bales!
