Having the most gorgeous 'true turquoise' color, these artistically designed earrings are made with all Arizona turquoise that come from the Larry Cooley collection. For those who buy (Some ONLY buy designs with Cooley's Turquoise!) & or follow me, you may have heard his name. But for those of you who haven't, the late Larry Cooley was a reputable turquoise vendor who had one of the biggest,most incredible collections of premium-all natural turquoise, that 'turquoise connoisseurs' appreciated by knowing the value of getting their hands on only the best, that the USA produced.

His collection was mined decades ago & long before turquoise started to be treated.. What he had, never needed to be stabilized, since he had harder, higher quality cuts. (Hardness equates to quality & doesn’t need to be stabilized) Much of these premium types of turquoise, you can't even find anymore, since they're in private collections & not even offered for sale, since some are so hard to get. And for those lucky to find it, you now pay an incredible price per carat for it! Federico was one fortunate person to have had purchased his whole collection.

With that said, these very vibrant colored earrings are designed with THE most gorgeous blue Morenci turquoise & another Arizona favorite, Sleeping Beauty turquoise. The tops are like an earring all on their own & are made with perfectly matching in size cuts,which gives them their uniform appearance. In the center are large 'half moon' cuts that act as the anchor for the precious Sleeping Beauty dangles to hold onto..

These are some attractive-sweetly design earrings that can be worn in or out of the southwest due to their contemporary, non traditional edginess. With these, it's not just the unique design that makes these a phenomenal looking earring,but it's the quality of all the turquoise & the vivid color that makes these a win-win earring!

Since these are not 'over the top' in size, gives these a weight that's not too bad & while most could easily wear the weight they have, others may find them too heavy.(I leave that up to the buyer to know what weight is comfortable-Read weights below)
