ABOUT BIWA PEARLS:
Biwa pearls are an unusually shaped cultured pearl that come from the freshwater mussels found in Lake Biwa, Japan.Like a fingerprint,each has its own unique appearance and a highly textured characteristic with no 2 being exactly the same.You can witness all the natural patterns & colors the Biwa has & it's the only pearl that owns as much texture as they have. They have radiating colors of pinks,greens,lavenders!
THE EARRINGS:
These earrings are artistically created & are truly pieces of 'wearable art"! The imaginative mind is clearly seen with these & not many would think of taking little spiny oyster hearts & then using their form to create the wings of Butterflies! Then adding a unique touch, was by using the Biwa Pearl for the abdomen!
The Butterfly heart wings are made with a creamsicle color of Spiny Oyster that have almost a peachy pastel coloring.The Biwa's show off their very textured side & are in their natural form. Both materials sit low in their bezel & are finished in a contemporary finished sterling.
They are bound to strike up a conversation! Would make a great gift when you want to "Say it With Love"!!!
